Now at Level 4!
It was a hard grading with 12mins of suprise attacks from 3 attackers!!
The grading was fun and intense and I had a great time with it!
Now it is time to look forward to teaching my students some awesome gun, bat and knife defences!

Flexibility and Commando Krav Maga? What do they have in common?
